## Job Overview

We are seeking a Production Shift Leader to support our production operations in Munich. As a Production Shift Leader, you will lead a team of production employees to ensure smooth production processes, motivate team members, and maintain high-quality standards.

## Responsibilities

- Support daily assembly activities and ongoing production processes.

- Lead and motivate a team of assembly workers to ensure smooth production processes.

- Monitor and support daily assembly activities with a focus on efficiency and quality.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards in the assembly area.

- Identify training needs within the team and organise suitable training sessions.

- Maintain active communication with other departments such as logistics and quality management to optimise production processes.

- Create regular reports on key performance indicators and quality standards for management.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations in the assembly area.

## Requirements

- Completed technical training and/or further education, and additional experience in a production and assembly environment.

- Initial leadership experience in a similar role or initial experience with the mentioned tasks in a production environment.

- Understanding of production processes and quality requirements.

- Excellent communication and organisational skills.

- Good German language skills in writing and speaking; English language skills are beneficial.

- Willingness to work shifts.
