## Description

We are seeking a FBS Claims Estimator Support I to join our team at Capgemini. As a FBS Claims Estimator Support I, you will be responsible for estimating vehicle repairs and analysing data to provide accurate assessments.

Responsibilities:

- Estimate writing (in person or from photo-based inspections)

- Basic nomenclature knowledge

- Prior body shop experience and/or ICAR certifications/classes

- Experience writing estimates using industry-standard platforms (CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex, etc.)

- Familiarity with total loss knowledge and standard platforms for evaluation writing (CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex, etc.)

Requirements:

- Minimum one year of related experience required. Automotive repair knowledge preferred

- Strong time management and organizational skills

- Analytical thinking

- Strong attention to detail

- Adaptability to changing processes and technology

- Proficient in English written and verbal communication skill
