## Description

We're looking for a Manager, Commercial Counsel, GTM to help lead our legal team at the forefront of shaping how cutting-edge AI technology reaches users, researchers, and enterprises worldwide.

As a seasoned attorney, you will draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, with a primary focus on GTM/Sales agreements with enterprise technology customers and startups. You will also partner closely with Sales and Go-to-Market leadership and teams to support deal velocity and provide practical legal guidance.

In this role, you will help build and maintain our commercial legal infrastructure, including contract templates, playbooks, and process improvements. You will manage a team to support enterprise technology and startups segments, identify and escalate legal risks appropriately while supporting business momentum, and stay current on legal developments affecting AI technologies.

To be successful in this role, you will have a JD and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar, experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, SaaS agreements, or technology transactions, and demonstrated people management experience, including hiring, developing, and leading attorneys or legal professionals.

Preferred qualifications include 8+ years of legal experience, active membership in the California state bar, experience leading legal teams through high-growth phases at technology companies, and experience navigating multi-stakeholder agreements involving technical and policy considerations.
