## Description

We are seeking an exceptional experienced and motivated healthcare leader to join New Victoria Hospital as our Imaging & Cardiology Manager.

The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership across our Imaging and Cardiac Diagnostic Services, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centred care while driving service development and innovation.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing leadership and management to the Imaging and Cardiology team

- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care

- Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines

- Procuring and implementing imaging equipment

- Collaborating with Consultant Radiologists, Cardiologists, clinical teams, and hospital leadership

Requirements:

- BSc in Diagnostic Radiography (or equivalent)

- HCPC Registration

- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD)

- Previous management and leadership experience

- Experience developing policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines

- Experience procuring and implementing imaging equipment

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills

Desirable:

- SOR Registration - Radiation Protection Supervisor training
