## Description

We are seeking a Visiting Scheme Manager to oversee properties at St Nicholas Court and Villa Plage in Bognor Regis. The successful candidate will have a 'can do' attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

The role involves supporting residents in maintaining their well-being and independence, managing building maintenance, and overseeing contractors. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, confident, and logical, with a good understanding of building maintenance.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing your own workload independently

- Supporting residents in maintaining their well-being and independence

- Organising repairs and maintenance of communal areas

- Overseeing contractors for communal cleaning, gardening, and window cleaning

- Providing excellent communication and customer service

The post is 20 hours per week, with a salary of £13,987.30 per annum.
