## Description

We are seeking an Automated Machine Operator for our 1st shift (rocker mill) at our Butler, Indiana location.

As an Automated Machine Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, following all established company policies and procedures, and performing all functions of machine operation, setup, and changeover.

Key responsibilities include:

- Performing troubleshooting, minor machine and tool repair, and preventative maintenance

- Assisting skilled trades in troubleshooting, machine repair, die repair, and preventative maintenance

- Maintaining accurate and real-time production and quality reporting

- Ensuring all quality standards are met as required by the process books and inspection instructions

- Operating a forklift at level 4 or above

- Loading, unloading, and assembling operations as required by the assigned machine
