## Description

As a Lead Nightshift Manager at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd in Halifax, West Yorkshire, you will lead and manage a small team of managers overnight. Your responsibilities will include delivering replenishment activities, planning for key trading activities, people management, and ensuring health and safety standards.

The role involves regularly taking full accountability for the store overnight, role modelling, and coaching for high standards and efficiency. You will also be responsible for managing performance, absence, and disciplinaries.

In terms of requirements, you should be comfortable with nightshift working, have experience of managing managers in a fast-paced environment, and be able to interpret KPIs and other performance indicators. You should also be a passionate leader, driven to deliver high performance, and focused on efficiency and engagement.

The salary for this position starts at £36,250, and nightshift managers receive a £4,500 premium on top of their base salary.
