## Description

We are seeking a highly business-savvy Launcher / General Manager (GM) who thrives in dynamic environments, excels at problem-solving, and is comfortable traveling as needed to support our customer base: childcare providers.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial models, and a passion for helping small business owners succeed. As a Launcher / GM, you will be responsible for working closely with child care providers to ensure they have the knowledge and tools necessary to run a successful business.

Key responsibilities include leading the end-to-end launch of new markets and contracts, conducting in-depth business assessments, identifying and recruiting providers looking to open their own childcare center, guiding providers in building and managing financial models, and serving as a trusted advisor to providers.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in business management, operations, or a related field.

- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to build financial models and analyze unit economics.

- Experience working with small business owners or entrepreneurs, preferably in an advisory or consulting capacity.

- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and problem-solve in real-time.

- Excellent communication skills, with a talent for asking insightful questions and engaging key stakeholders.
