## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer. You'll work late nights, Thursday to Sunday, 20:00 - 00:00, with a £3.00 p/h unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00. As a Customer Assistant, you'll provide five-star service, recommend and sell M&S Food products, and drive sales growth. You'll be digitally confident, using tools like Sparks and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience. Teamwork and flexibility are essential, as you'll work across various areas of the store, adapting to changing demands.
