## Description

Elm Tree House in Keynsham, near Bristol, is seeking a Bank Support Worker to join their team.

As a Bank Support Worker, you will be part of a compassionate team committed to resident wellbeing, providing personalized support using proven therapies to help individuals move forward with confidence.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting qualified staff with assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans

- Undertaking routine tasks and activities to facilitate wellbeing, dignity, and treatment of residents

- Contributing to the maintenance of safety, security, and confidentiality standards

- Supporting individuals to plan goals and personal outcomes

The ideal candidate will have:

- NVQ2 in Health & Social Care or related area, or equivalent or higher recognized qualification

- GCSE or NVQ2 in English and Maths

- Experience of working in a related environment is desirable
