## Description

This is your chance to join Porsche. Porsche Centre Niederbayern is looking for a Service Advisor to strengthen our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for selling service packages, parts, and accessories, as well as providing customer support and advice throughout the service process.

Responsibilities:

- Sell service packages, parts, and accessories to customers

- Handle customer inquiries and create orders

- Prepare vehicle handovers

- Provide customer support throughout the service process

- Ensure high customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- Completed technical training, preferably as a certified service advisor

- Relevant work experience is desirable

- Structured and independent working style

- Professional appearance and strong customer orientation

- High team and communication skills

- Strategic thinking and acting

- High quality and punctuality

- Proficient in MS Office

- Valid driving license (class B)
