Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, working late nights from 22:00-06:00 on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest-growing retailer, providing five-star service at pace, and embracing the transformation M&S is driving.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel valued every time they shop with us.

- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products to customers.

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience.

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience.

- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment, working across various areas of the store.
