## Description

We are seeking a skilled Demi Chef de Partie to join our culinary team on board our ships. As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation and presentation of meals in the galley, adhering to company recipes and standards.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.

- Work effectively with other members of the culinary team to ensure smooth service operations.

- Participate in menu planning and recipe development to ensure high-quality dishes are served to our guests.

- Maintain accurate records of inventory and supplies, reporting any discrepancies to the Chef de Partie.

Requirements:

- 3+ years' experience in a similar position in a 5-star hotel, cruise ship, or high-profile restaurant.

- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to learn and adapt to new recipes and menu items.

- Certification from an accredited advanced food safety program.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in a multi-nationality setting.

- Degree from an accredited culinary college or university.

- Working knowledge of computers and software programs.
