## Description

This role supports the Team Manager in delivering value to Shell through operating and innovating world-class Accounts Payable RTP process.

**Responsibilities**

- Operate and continuously improve Accounts Payable RTP process

- Understand and effectively operate financial controls

- Escalate items that interfere with reconciliation activities to Team Manager

- Perform weekly/monthly consolidation and submission of KPIs to Process Excellence

- Identify and implement process improvements

- Act as AP focal point for CP, Business, and other parts of FO

- Provide practical and analytical support to ensure accurate accounting and reporting

- Maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders

- Initiate, manage, and attend operational meetings

- Demonstrate One Finance Behaviours and Safe Hands

- Participate in projects, change programs, and initiatives

- Promote Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) mindset and culture

- Collaborate successfully in a multicultural and virtual environment

- Maintain high-quality output despite pressure

- Co-create solutions and influence business partners

**Requirements**

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration

- Strong accounting knowledge of AP process and systems

- Strong communication skills

- Fluency in Japanese

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

- Innovative and open-minded

- Accurate and detail-oriented

- Good organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines
