## Description

Opening. This role is responsible for supporting the Recruiting & Talent Management team in all aspects of the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

## What you'll do

- Support the Recruiting & Talent Management team in all aspects of the recruitment process

- Assist in candidate sourcing and selection

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies

## What you need

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

- 3+ years of experience in HR or a related field

- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
