## Description

We are seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to join our Mayenne site, a manufacturing facility specialised in antibiotics production and packaging.

As a Warehouse Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of 8-10 warehouse operatives, ensuring safety regulations are followed, providing training and development opportunities, supervising non-conformity treatment, and optimising warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage a team of warehouse operatives, focusing on safety and efficiency

- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance

- Supervise non-conformity treatment and documentation

- Ensure smooth operations, including receipt, storage, stock removal, and dispatch

- Organise product and document flow

- Offer technical support to colleagues

- Monitor performance indicators and update stock systems

- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes

- Deploy change and improvement initiatives

Requirements:

- Hold a Bac+2 qualification

- Possess CACES 1, 3, 5, 6, R485, and R489 certifications

- Ideally have a logistics or warehousing specialisation

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehousing and team management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or food industry

- Excellent communication and customer-oriented skills

- Team player with a collaborative mindset

Salary range: EUR 31,350 to EUR 52,250 per year
