## Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Expert to join our team at Target. As a Human Resources Expert, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional guest experience and supporting our sales force.

The starting hourly rate is $18.25 USD per hour, with a pay range of $18.25 USD - $27.40 USD per hour.

**Responsibilities:**

- Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience

- Greet guests, help them find what they need, and resolve issues

- Support team efforts and assist peers in other areas

- Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience

- Work with HR leaders to anticipate and address talent and staffing needs

- Lead focused recruiting efforts to help store leaders find and hire candidates

- Support team member and leader training needs

- Be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices

- Deliver on all Human Resources processes and programs

- Support leaders in following company compliance policies

- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance

- Work in a safe manner at all times

**Requirements:**

- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members

- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners

- Effective communication skills

- Ability to work both independently and with a team

- Resolve guest questions quickly

- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes

- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
