## Description

We are seeking a skilled Platform Engineer to spearhead the evolution of our infrastructure and deployment pipelines, driving innovation and operational excellence. You will harness cutting-edge technology to build and manage robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure, ensuring seamless delivery of our digital solutions.

**Responsibilities**

- Design, develop, and improve software using various engineering methodologies, providing business, platform, and technology capabilities for customers and colleagues.

- Ensure code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define software requirements and devise solution strategies.

- Participate in code reviews and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.

- Stay informed about industry technology trends and contribute to the organisation's technology communities.

- Adhere to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities and protect sensitive data.

- Implement effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.

**Vice President Expectations**

- Contribute to or set strategy, drive requirements, and make recommendations for change.

- Manage resources, budgets, and policies; deliver continuous improvements and escalate breaches of policies/procedures.

- Demonstrate leadership and accountability for managing risk and strengthening controls.

- Collaborate with other areas of work to keep up to speed with business activity and strategies.

- Create solutions based on sophisticated analytical thought, comparing and selecting complex alternatives.

**Requirements**

- Experience with designing and building multi-agent frameworks and multi-step reasoning systems integrated with LLMs.

- Strong, production-grade programming expertise in Python.

- Hands-on experience with containerisation technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Ability to apply new code-assisted tools like Claude.

- Experience with Agent frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph/AutoGen/ADK/and CrewAI.

**Nice to Have**

- Solid understanding of vector databases and LLM orchestration patterns.
