## Description

We are seeking a Social Media Manager with Chinese language skills to join our Engage service line, which provides technical support, community management, and trust & safety services for AAA and Indie studios in the gaming industry.

**Job Details** This is a fixed-term contract expected to last approximately 6 months, with a remote work arrangement.

**Responsibilities**

- Engage with players by responding to comments on various social media platforms.

- Collaborate with team members to align on tone of voice, FAQs, and response guidelines.

- Provide cover as the main point of contact for Community Managers when the CM Lead is on holiday or sick leave.

- Manage client interactions when the CM Lead is on holiday or sick leave.

- Foster a positive work environment, build engagement, and resolve conflicts.

**Analytics**

- Create reports to analyze content performance and make recommendations.

- Assist the CM Lead in producing and delivering performance reports.

**Leadership**

- Lead the team in paid social media.

- Assist the CM Lead in managing processes and delivering community management services.

- Assist with training and coaching new and existing Community and Social Media Managers.

**Business**

- Develop calendars with creative ideation and produce engaging content.

- Schedule content across social channels and write copy aligning to brand voice.

- Support campaign planning, audience and trend research, and brand building.

- Align with the studio to understand available imagery and create additional assets when needed.

**Requirements**

- Prior experience in community management/social media in gaming.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Experience with Bilibili, Weibo, Douyin, and Xiaoheihe.

- Passionate about video games and social media.

- Strong understanding of social media/community management platforms/channels.
