## Description

ElevenLabs is seeking a Revenue Strategy & Operations specialist to join its team in Latin America. The successful candidate will play a key role in scaling the company's go-to-market operations, focusing on building and maintaining tools, automations, and dashboards that empower sales, data, and product teams.

The Revenue Operations team operates as strategic advisors to key cross-functional partners, driving revenue acceleration, insights, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations at high-growth technology companies, with a proven track record of developing and implementing end-to-end solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

- Building and maintaining strategic automations and standardized processes

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that enhance revenue generation and operational effectiveness

- Serving as a trusted partner to leadership, providing strategic insights and performance reporting

- Developing and testing new ideas, workflows, and sources to improve critical levers within each functional area

- Overseeing analytics and performance analyses across associated functions

- Leading the design and management of dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
