## Description

Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital is recruiting for a full-time General Radiographer on a permanent basis.

The role would suit an experienced Radiographer who wants to take their career to the next level.

**Responsibilities:**

- Be part of a team delivering high-quality, efficient radiographic service

- Provide highly skilled and specialised imaging for patients

- Make informed decisions on the diagnostic imaging required

- Demonstrate a professional, caring and responsible approach to duties

- Ensure the team delivers effective imaging by providing appropriate clinical leadership, educational and development expertise

- Be responsible for the standard of own imaging work and that of other supervised radiographers and students

- Ensure that Clinical Governance and risk management are embedded within daily practice

**Requirements:**

- Diploma or Degree in Radiography

- HCPC Registration

- Experience in general imaging, including theatres

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work in a commercial environment while maintaining safe standards

- Flexible approach to work and working patterns

**Shift Patterns:**

- 5 x 7.5 hr shifts, Monday to Saturday, with on-call duties weekly/weekends
