## Description

NASCAR Chicagoland Speedway is seeking individuals to work in the ticket office on the event weekend, July 3-5. The successful candidate will sell tickets in person at the ticket office, determine and collect appropriate fees, and issue tickets accurately and efficiently. They will also assist with mobile ticket issues, provide exceptional customer service, and have a positive attitude.

Responsibilities: Sell tickets in person at the ticket office Determine and collect appropriate fees and issue tickets Accurately and efficiently access and provide account information Assist and troubleshoot mobile ticket issues Provide exceptional customer service Have a positive attitude!

Requirements: Minimum 18 years old Ticketmaster software experience Experience handling a large volume of sales Able to work in a fast-paced environment Able to communicate in an effective and professional manner Reliable transportation to and from event location Pass background and credit screening
