## Description

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our LSEG Customer Connect Sales team across Southern Europe, focusing on revenue retention and growth.

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of existing customers, develop and execute account strategies, and identify new business opportunities primarily through remote engagement.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage and grow revenue from an existing portfolio of accounts

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships

- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth

- Develop and execute account plans focused on retention and expansion

- Maintain regular client engagement with high responsiveness

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the best client outcomes

- Track client activity and pipeline in internal systems

- Provide accurate forecasting and market feedback

**Skills & Experience:**

- Strong business and commercial mindset

- Fluent in English; additional European language (French, Italian or Spanish) preferred

- Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive sales outcomes

- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills

- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving skills and customer focus
