## Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at The Harbour Hospital in Poole, working on a bank shifts basis. As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver direct nursing care in line with patient care plans and clinical protocols.

Responsibilities:

- Assess patient needs, prioritise care, and update care plans accordingly

- Maintain accurate, legible, and timely nursing documentation

- Communicate effectively and empathetically with patients, families, and carers

- Support patients in understanding their condition, treatments, and recovery processes

- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide high-quality, safe, and efficient care

- Identify and report incidents, safeguarding concerns, and potential risks

Requirements:

- Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration

- Demonstrable experience working in a clinical healthcare setting

- Good understanding of clinical governance, patient safety, and evidence-based practice

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Proficient in IT systems used for patient records, documentation, and care planning

Salary & Benefits:

- Competitive hourly rate up to £20.00 per hour (depending on level of experience, training, and qualification)
