## Description

We are seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Thatcham Court Care Home in Thatcham. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for driving a team of Care Assistants to deliver high-quality, personal care to our residents. You will also be involved in clinical duties, including supporting the nurse to observe, issue medication, review care plans, and maintain accurate records.

The successful candidate will have completed or be working towards an NVQ3 in care, with previous experience in a similar role. You will be motivated, positive, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
