## Description

The Content Author is an entry-level role that combines hands-on content authorship with full ownership of the content production process.

The successful candidate will analyze source material from multiple resources and write, edit, and update clear, accurate, customer-facing content, while also performing technical production tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

- Reading source material and writing, editing, and updating content

- Handling the full content production process in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

- Turning confusing source material into clear, well-organized content

- Taking ownership of content accuracy and completeness

- Meeting deadlines and working with teammates

- Testing and reviewing content

- Suggesting process improvements

The ideal candidate will have:

- Process-oriented mindset

- Attention to detail

- Strong writing skills

- Ability to deal with ambiguity

- General product knowledge

- Teamwork and collaboration skills

Preferred qualifications include:

- Exposure to AI-assisted content tools

- Familiarity with knowledge maps or structured-content models

- Basic content or data analytics skills

- Experience with DITA or structured-authoring frameworks
