## Description

The Services New Product Development team within Mastercard Foundry drives innovation in B2B and B2B2C digital products. We're looking for an experienced Product Designer to deliver innovative, user-centered product experience solutions for net-new data products.

Responsibilities:

- Design of Proof-of-Concepts and Minimum Viable Data Products (MVPs) using human-centric design principles and rapid prototyping (Lean UX and Design Thinking)

- Help define the next generation of data and data-driven products

- Conduct user research or assist technical experiments to validate desirability, usability, and feasibility

- Design product solutions to present complex data in a meaningful and digestible way

- Participate in "Design Thinking" workshops

- Work on future-state conceptual designs

- Collaborate with key partners from brand & marketing, and technology teams

- Ensure that designs deliver an appropriate balance of optimizing business objectives & user engagement

- Liaise with regional and country teams to ensure that designs are reflective of the diversity of needs for a global user base

Requirements:

- Passionate about the possibility of data-driven experiences

- Over 2 years of experience working in a world-class CX team

- Experience working/multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

- Empathetic champion of the user

- Demonstrable knowledge of usability best practices

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Design for Interactive Media, or equivalent experience

- World-beating portfolio covering multiple form-factors

- Demonstrable commitment to learning
