## Description

As a Data Product Manager, you will craft personalized customer experiences using data flow across customer print hardware and HP Smart ecosystems.

You will work in a highly cross-functional and dynamic environment to develop ways to leverage real-time data to define customer experiences within products and through personalized communications.

Key responsibilities:

- Deeply understand HP's product and services data ecosystem to leverage existing capabilities and define new requirements for future experiences

- Balance strategy, governance, and implementation of data-related initiatives and facilitate conversations between stakeholders

- Collaborate with CRM, product, and service teams to define data and functional requirements for personalized experiences

- Apply knowledge of AI and ML to define data products, schemas, and models to automate customer experiences

- Translate large data initiatives into smaller, agile-based stories and allocate resources

- Define a roadmap for data requirements for new feature development

- Understand customer experience through feedback and sentiment data

Recommended education and experience:

- Data Science or Engineering Degree

- MBA or business degree desired

- 10+ years of total experience with 5 years of experience in data product marketing/management

Required skills:

- Expertise in data science, data manipulation, visualization, and predictive analysis

- Strong foundation in analytics and metrics

- Experience in segmentation and targeting strategies

- Understanding of current data and privacy policies

- Working knowledge of semantic/knowledge graph technologies

- Excellent management and communication skills
