## Description

ABM UK is seeking reliable and proactive Cleaning Operatives to join the soft services team at a brand-new, high-profile multi-use complex in West Kensington, London.

This landmark development will include corporate offices, event venues, leisure facilities, and restaurants, and is currently in the pre-opening phase. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will play an important role in maintaining high cleaning standards across all areas of the site.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Carry out cleaning tasks to the highest standards across designated areas.

- Operate cleaning equipment such as scrubber-dryers and vacuum cleaners safely and effectively.

- Ensure all cleaning activities comply with health & safety and COSHH regulations.

- Report any defects, issues, or hazards promptly to the Team Leader.

- Assist with waste management and recycling processes.

- Maintain stock levels of cleaning materials and use resources efficiently.

**Requirements**

- Good understanding of verbal and written English.

- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

- Flexibility to work overtime when required.

- Awareness of health & safety and COSHH regulations.

**Desirable**

- Previous experience in a cleaning role.

- Experience operating cleaning machinery e.g., scrubber-dryers, waste compactors.

- Full UK driving license.
