## Description

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead and supervise maintenance operations on their non-process infrastructure (NPI) contract across remote operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor and supervise a multi-disciplinary maintenance team across a variety of trades.

- Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance activities across site facilities and infrastructure.

- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company and legislative requirements.

- Develop maintenance schedules and maintain accurate records, reports, and asset history.

- Drive preventative maintenance programs to maximise asset reliability and minimise unplanned downtime.

- Manage permit-to-work systems and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.

- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

- Support team development and enforce safe systems of work.

Knowledge & Skills:

- Experience supervising teams in facilities management, mining, remote villages or commercial buildings.

- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and general building services.

- Experience coordinating preventative maintenance and asset management.

- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management.

- Experience with SWMS, JHAs, Risk Assessments and Take 5s.

Qualifications:

- Schedule 26 qualification.

- National Police Clearance.

- C Class Manual Driver's Licence.

- White card.

- First Aid/CPR/LVR certificates.

- Minimum 2 years remote operations experience and FIFO experience.
