## Description

Join Marks & Spencer's team in Letterkenny this Christmas as a Sales Advisor in Fashions, Home & Beauty, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience during one of the busiest times of the year.

This is a fixed-term seasonal contract ending on 26 December 2026, with the possibility of an extension subject to business needs.

Your shifts may be scheduled across Monday to Sunday, including a combination of core daytime, evening, and weekend hours. Flexibility is essential as working patterns will vary in line with customer demand and business needs throughout the festive season.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide an exceptional customer experience by proactively serving customers and role-modelling the service behaviours expected in-store.

- Prioritise customers over tasks and deliver an inspiring shopping environment through excellent standards of product presentation and availability.

- Participate in Plan A activities to support local community initiatives.

- Sell confidently to customers using your knowledge of products and services to increase sales in-store and through digital channels.

- Ask questions to understand customer needs and offer personal recommendations and suggestions.

- Actively participate in store events to achieve selling targets and create selling opportunities at all service points.

- Understand store business priorities and contribute to improving store performance.

- Follow safe and legal working practices, work productively to minimise losses, and deliver key activities and operational processes efficiently.

- Adapt and work flexibly across the store, support colleagues to meet customer and business needs, and take ownership of your personal development.
