## Description

Syneos Health is seeking a Manager FSP for their team in The Netherlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of multifunctional professionals, ensuring high-quality service delivery to customers, and driving business growth.

**Job Responsibilities**

The role has three primary performance areas:

- Customer Delivery and Success: Manage customer relationships, ensure service delivery meets agreed-upon KPIs, and identify areas for improvement.

- Business Impact: Drive revenue growth, make data-driven decisions, and disseminate best practices across the business unit.

- People Leadership: Provide line management to team members, manage performance, and support professional development.

**Requirements**

- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, or equivalent experience.

- Extensive clinical research experience in a contract research organization, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology company, including leadership experience.

- Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Fluency in Dutch and English.

- Strong time management, technical, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

- Creative problem solver with a customer-centric mindset.

- Knowledge of basic financial concepts.

- Good computer skills and ability to adapt to new technologies.

- Ability to travel up to 25%.
