## Description

As a Storemanager at Coolblue, you will be responsible for our thriving store in Eindhoven. You will lead a strong team of around 25 people, along with an Assistant Storemanager, to drive sales growth and exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

- Running the Eindhoven store with the Assistant Storemanager and managing the team.

- Developing and coaching team members to improve performance daily.

- Analysing store metrics and proposing proactive improvements.

- Utilising commercial insights and data to identify areas for improvement.

## Skills

### Required
- Hbo work- and thinking level
- At least 2 years of leadership experience
- Full-time availability
- Dutch
- Familiarity with electronics

### Nice to have
- Leadership experience in the Eindhoven area
