## Description

We are seeking a skilled Sushi Chef De Partie to join our team on board. As a Sushi Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for directing, supervising, and assisting in the preparation of high-quality food for our guests and crew.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct and supervise the Demi Chef de Partie in preparing food according to company menus and recipes

- Ensure quality, quantity, attractiveness, and correctness of food items served

- Coach and assist teammates to achieve high guest satisfaction

- Control hours worked by employees and report discrepancies

- Check inventory and storage of food items

- Prepare daily mise en place lists and requisitions

- Execute special orders and dietary requirements

- Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Public Health:

- Implement and execute proper maintenance and cleaning procedures

- Report malfunctioning equipment or furnishings

- Maintain high productivity, cleanliness, and sanitation standards

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

- Degree/Diploma from accredited culinary college or university

- 3+ years experience in a 5-star hotel, cruise ship, or high-profile restaurant

- Certification from accredited advanced food safety program

- Extensive knowledge in VSP preferred

- Ability to deliver 5-star culinary products

- Experience in high-volume operations

- Extensive kitchen machinery and knife safety knowledge
