## Description

Join Marks & Spencer as a Christmas Customer Assistant in Operations at their Kendal store. You'll play a crucial behind-the-scenes role ensuring the store runs smoothly, focusing on stock management, deliveries, and maintaining a clean shop floor.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Working flexibly across the store as needed

- Using digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently

- Collaborating with colleagues across different functions

- Adapting quickly to changing demands, such as early morning deliveries and late stock shifts

The role involves working part-time hours on Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 04:30 to 08:30. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours during the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

A £3.00 per hour unsocial premium is paid for hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00.
