## Description

We are seeking a Supply Planning Manager to lead and develop a team of Supply Planners. The successful candidate will be accountable for trusted SKU-level supply forecasts, constraint management, inventory results, and continuous planning improvement.

The role involves translating enterprise strategy into effective organizational execution and managing a team of exempt individual contributors and/or supervisors.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading the team-wide JBAS forecast quality, cadence, controls, supply assumptions, exception resolution, and disciplined use of the Supply Plan of Record

- Rolling out the Planner of the Future capability across the team, including digital workflow adoption, scenario planning, AI/ML insight governance, automation, and data quality

- Setting goals and building talent/succession plans across Specialist, Expert, and Master levels

- Partnering with Fulfillment on order scheduling and customer commitments while maintaining Supply Planning accountability for the supply forecast

The ideal candidate will have:

- A first-level university degree or equivalent relevant experience

- Progressive supply planning/operations and people leadership experience

- Typically 10+ years in planning, operations, finance, strategy, or related functional areas

- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, strong business acumen, and technology understanding

- Strong negotiation, presentation, stakeholder management, and project/risk management skills

- Proven coaching, team-building, conflict resolution, staff development, and change leadership skills
