## Description

Ninja Van is seeking students for an internship in Facilities. The internship is based on the preferred date of the student and the university. The duration can be 3 to 6 months.

Responsibilities:

- Learn about facilities structure and scope of works

- Learn facilities management works, including reporting and documentation

- Assist technicians with preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM)

- Assist with mechanical, electrical, and civil works to ensure compliance with regulations

- Maintain and submit PM and CM checklists

- Perform other related functions and activities as assigned

Additional tasks:

- Update employee list, organization chart, attendance records, leave balance, and training records

- Compile overtime claim/request forms and medical/expenses documents

- Prepare petty cash documents

- Liaise with heads of department on purchasing matters

- Maintain filing systems and update filing indexes

- Key in daily job orders for PM and CM works

- Keep records of tenancy agreements

- Compile official correspondence and maintain site filing records

Requirements:

- Currently enrolled as a student or young graduate
