## Description

Join the dynamic and effective representation programme for the Red Bull brand and product worldwide as a Red Bull Student Marketeer. You will be responsible for promoting the brand image and knowledge of the product within your university and territory.

The programme's goal is to reach new consumers, conquer university students, increase sales and visibility of the brand at universities. This involves direct contact with potential customers and clients through product sampling, as well as collaboration during Red Bull events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience.

As a Student Marketeer, you enjoy the dynamism of office work and want to work in a creative environment.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Being a Brand & Product Ambassador

- Expanding the number of our consumers through product tasting and knowledge of Red Bull through sampling activities in the right place and time, responding competently to consumer inquiries.

- Planning and implementing an innovative action plan within universities to engage students and highlight the brand.

- Creating a strong network by establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the sector.

- Bringing the world of Red Bull to your social channels with genuine and authentic content.

- Collaborating with Red Bull events to provide an unforgettable experience for consumers.

- Exceptional execution

- Always striving for excellence and attention to detail in every aspect of your work.

- Sharing ideas and collaborating with your team through regular face-to-face and online meetings.

- Planning and managing your work through an online platform, respecting deadlines and being accurate.

- Contributing to the development of Red Bull's media business through local trend analysis and identifying new opportunities.

- Sales specialists

- Building relationships with sales managers in your area and ensuring Red Bull is available and visible in retail outlets.

- Collaborating with sales teams to open new distribution points both within and outside your university.

- Utilising all Red Bull assets to put the brand in the spotlight in retail outlets.

- Ensuring flawless execution of standards required in retail outlets.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills. Charismatic, energetic, positive, and outgoing personality. Sociable and able to build relationships with people from diverse backgrounds in various situations.

- Immersed in university life with an in-depth understanding of the university, city, and surrounding area, including extracurricular activities.

- Creative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative. Ability to manage studies and a part-time job, as well as being available to work some evenings or weekends.

- Desire to acquire new skills, particularly in marketing and sales.

- Passion for the Red Bull brand and product.

- University student.

- English language proficiency.

Travel: 90-100%
