We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist (AI Platforms Engineering).

Principal responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end delivery of backend modules in the AI Platform Portal, including requirement analysis, solution design, implementation, and release support.

- Design, build, and maintain backend APIs and service interfaces to provide stable support for frontend and downstream integrations.

- Participate in core data modeling and service architecture design to ensure scalability and performance.

- Collaborate closely with product, frontend, and AI backend teams to drive requirement delivery and ensure smooth cross-team integration.

- Continuously improve platform stability, observability, and exception handling to raise overall service quality.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of backend development experience with strong proficiency in Python.

- Proficient with mainstream web frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Flask, Django), with solid experience in RESTful API and GraphQL API design and development.

- Solid experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases, including usage and optimisation; plus BigQuery (or other OLAP databases) data modeling and query optimisation experience.

- Proficient in containerisation and delivery toolchains (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Helm), with familiarity in basic workflows on at least one major cloud platform for deployment and log troubleshooting.

- Strong end-to-end ownership mindset, with the ability to drive execution independently, coordinate stakeholders, manage risks, and deliver outcomes; good English communication skills.
