Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming store environment

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalised recommendations

- Deliver exceptional customer service using in-depth product knowledge

- Assist in hosting in-store events

- Maintain a clean and tidy shop floor

- Support sales targets and promote products creatively

- Manage stock levels efficiently
