## Description

At FUCHS, you're not just taking a job,you're launching a career. As a LUBRODAL Chemical Operator, you'll play a key role in creating high-performance lubricants that power everything from cars to wind turbines.

The salary range for this position is $25.00 - $31.00 per hour, but actual compensation will vary depending upon a new hire's experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.

**Your Responsibilities:**

- Weigh and meter raw materials into mixing tanks.

- Mix raw materials into finished products.

- Transfer finished products into proper shipping containers.

- Conduct regular inspections of ball mills.

- Review batch tickets to determine the type and quantity of graphite to be ground.

- Follow standard operating procedures for loading and unloading ball mills.

- Verify raw material consumption via SAP.

**Qualifications we are looking for:**

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Two plus years of previous manufacturing/plant operations experience required.

- Demonstrated ability to follow simple batch ticket instructions.

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

- Work with limited supervision and perform basic mathematical calculations.

- Batch making and/or compounding experience a plus.

- SAP experience a plus.
