## Description

We are seeking a professional to lead the development and implementation of regional ecosystems, focusing on preventive medicine and vaccine promotion to improve the quality of life for CVMD patients.

The main departments involved are cardiovascular, diabetes, and nephrology.

The ideal candidate will have broad knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead automation of vaccine administration in hospitals

- Develop and execute strategies with key stakeholders

- Provide product and disease information to medical professionals

- Implement activities based on CVMD treatment strategies

- Coordinate internal collaboration according to regional and physician environments

Basic qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in cardiovascular and diabetes areas

- MR certification

- Ordinary automobile license

- Interpersonal skills, communication skills, and negotiation skills

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

- Flexibility and resilience

- Understanding of governance

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in healthcare network construction and preventive clinical programs

- Knowledge of Japanese healthcare policy and reimbursement systems

- Experience in medical team and commercial team collaboration

- Experience in scaling up regional pilot projects

- Project management and leadership skills

- KAM experience in pharmaceutical companies

- Medical management certification

- Life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, or related field knowledge

- Experience in healthcare strategy and field execution

The selection process consists of document screening, 2-3 interviews, and background checks.

The expected work location is Japan, but nationwide mobility is possible.
