## Description

TaskUs is seeking a Director of Operations- Fleet Response to oversee and direct the activities of multiple campaigns, Operations Managers, Team Leaders, and Staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, managing and staffing operations, and developing individual and team goals.

**Responsibilities:**

- Oversee and direct the activities of multiple campaigns, Operations Managers, Team Leaders, and Staff

- Maintain open communication between staff and senior management

- Manage and staff operations, including monitoring operations staffing, providing temporary coverage and training, and ensuring excellent client service

- Develop individual and team goals and implement plans to achieve objectives

- Guide Operations Managers in meeting team and individual goals

- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures

- Assist in crafting operations procedures

**Requirements:**

- At least 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably at Director or VP level, specializing in BPO Autonomous Vehicle Operations

- Strong computer skills, especially in Google Suite applications

- Proven track record of meeting, delivering, and exceeding targets

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to build productive business relationships with clients and strong organizational, analytical, and managerial skills

- Proven ability to scale operations and strong experience in employee retention

- Flexibility to travel
