## Description

We're seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our ES365 AI team, which is part of the larger Microsoft 365 Engineering Systems team. You'll help define and build the next generation of our agentic platform, leveraging the latest AI models to enhance developer productivity across Microsoft.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will:

- Deliver complete features across the development lifecycle, including design, architecture, implementation, testability, debugging, shipping, and servicing.

- Use AI in your daily coding and advocate for best practices.

- Demonstrate resilience in experimenting with multiple AI approaches.

- Provide mentorship and coaching to engineers.

- Write and review high-quality code with an emphasis on quality, performance, simplicity, durability, scalability, and maintainability.

- Contribute to a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 – $234,700 per year.
