## Description

As an Online Manager at Asda, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day running of our Online operation in store.

You will be responsible for the online shrink agenda with structured processes and data-led decisions, validating picker and driver resources for the store through effective rota planning, ensuring the team drives picking accuracy to guarantee consistency in the online operation.

**Key Qualities:**

- Drive strategy into action: planning and executing trading activity, delivering availability standards, and key metrics through routines and processes.

- Lead with impact: engaging and coaching your team to improve routines and processes while creating a culture of selling with personality.

**Requirements:**

- Experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Manager in a complex Online retail environment.

- Operational knowledge of the Online retail environment.

- Knowledge of improving availability, picking rate, reducing waste, and managing shrink.

- Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership.

- Strong organisational skills and great customer service.

- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
