## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you'll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service.

We're looking for passionate, fashion-forward individuals who are ready to drive sales, grow our share in the style space, and help customers discover our most on-trend and fashionable products.

You'll be operating in a high-demand environment, rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in, no matter how busy the day gets.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing style advice and excellent customer service

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Maintaining high standards of efficiency and effectiveness

- Being a team player and contributing to a positive store environment

- Adapting to changing situations and priorities

The work pattern for this role is as follows:

- Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (06:00 - 12:00)

- Week 2: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday (06:00 - 12:00)

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
