## Description

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Tech SME.

Principal responsibilities:

**Vendor Management**

- Manage the full lifecycle of third-party vendors, including vendor verification, onboarding, regular review and exit.

- Build and implement vendor KPI assessment covering service quality, delivery efficiency, problem-solving capability and compliance performance.

- Collaborate with legal, procurement, finance, business/product and IT teams to manage contracts from draft to termination.

- Track vendor service cost, analyze cost structure and trends, and negotiate charge and optimize vendor spend continuously.

- Identify potential vendor risks, assess compliance and remediate gaps within required timeframe.

**Software Development Management**

- Take ownership of managing internal software development on low-code platform and Cloud, aligning with schedules, business workflow and requirement.

- Optimize the solution with advanced techniques and ensure development is compliant with different standards.

- Manage the team to achieve excellence and operational efficiency, ensuring the team has necessary resources, skills and support.

**Modernization Management**

- Develop business cases for modernization of legacy platforms and govern financial aspects of the program.

- Work closely with stakeholders and workstreams in the modernization program, constructing structured and regular/ad-hoc reporting to senior management.

**Knowledge & Experience/Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- 20+ years of experience in product/project management or related roles.

- Proven track record of managing software development and delivery.

- Strong experience working as business (product and operation service) in global grade and receivable finance, demonstrating excellent understanding of business products and solutions.

- Solid domain knowledge in core trade and receivable finance.

- Knowledge and experience working as ITSO/SQM is required.

- Expertise in vendor management for software suppliers and contract negotiation.

**Additional skills**

- Certifications on PMP/MCITP/ITIL V3 are a plus.
