## Description

We are seeking a Principal BIM Technician - Rail (Civil & Revit) to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

As a Principal BIM Technician, you will be responsible for leading the development of best practices for Revit, Civil 3D, and Open Rail & Road use. You will also be involved in troubleshooting Civil 3D and Project integration challenges, identifying repetitive tasks, and creating scripts with Civil 3D Dynamo/Python.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing best practices for Revit, Civil 3D, and Open Rail & Road use

- Conducting interim quality spot checks on Civil 3D, Revit, Bentley Open Rail & Road BIMs

- Troubleshooting Civil 3D and Project integration challenges

- Identifying repetitive tasks and creating scripts with Civil 3D Dynamo/Python

- Supporting the Clash Review process

- Acting as a Subject Matter Expert regarding client's Civil 3D & Open Rail standards and procedures

- Providing quality control checks of drawings prepared by others

- Leading the preparation and management of drawing sets

- Establishing and fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders

- Mentoring junior to intermediate level staff

Requirements:

- Approximately 12+ years of demonstrated relevant experience in BIM and BIM Standards

- Proven working knowledge in Civil 3D & Bentley product integration in ProjectWise

- Working knowledge of Navisworks and Bentley iTwin

- Recognized as a subject matter expert internally and externally

- Proven ability to communicate complex design planning information to internal and external stakeholders

- Experience in the rail or transportation sector

- Strong computer skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook

- Strong technical, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
