## Description

Howden is seeking a Talent Acquisition Administrator on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. As a key member of the Talent Acquisition function, you will play a central role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, focusing on contract generation, offer management, and onboarding.

Key responsibilities include:

- Creating contracts and managing new hire documentation within Workday or relevant systems

- Supporting candidate relationship management throughout the recruitment and onboarding journey

- Liaising with HR Operations, Systems teams, and background screening providers

- Maintaining and updating ATS systems and Excel-based candidate trackers

- Coordinating interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers

- Ensuring all recruitment processes and compliance procedures are followed

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience using ATS/HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) preferred

- Strong numerical and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- High level of customer service and stakeholder management
