## Description

Join Hang Seng's Wealth Sales Distribution Department as a Wealth Coach.

As a Wealth Coach, you will uplift the number of Relationship Managers (RMs) achieving solution, experience, and quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will provide coaching support to a team of Personal Relationship Managers (PRMs) to build a sustainable Wealth Sales force and improve financial planning and wealth solutions capabilities.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and execute coaching plans to enhance professionalism for PRMs and newly onboarded PRMs

- Prioritize contact strategies for existing wealth customers and broaden the wealth base through call lead management

- Communicate strategic directions and provide internal technical consultancy to PRMs on financial planning techniques and product solutions

- Prepare holistic wealth strategies tailored to divisions and ensure management directions are implemented locally

- Drive customer experience, operation, and sales process quality to maintain market-leading standards

Requirements:

- University degree in Business Administration or a related discipline

- Pass the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination and IIQE, and fulfill the competency requirements to carry out regulated activities

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in retail banking, with strong knowledge of Wealth (Investment / Insurance / FX) product solutions

- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills

- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
